She is designated as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) by HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) and a SHRM-SCP (Society for HR Management—Senior Certified Professional).

Latrice is also the Executive Director of People & Culture at The Great Exhale, where she focuses on strategizing content, engagement, and experience programming.
