Space To Exhale Sponsorship Program

Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 29, 2025

By submitting payment or a signed agreement to become a sponsor of the Space To Exhale Book Launch or associated events, you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Commitment & Payment
Sponsorship becomes binding upon submission of payment or signed agreement.

All sponsorship levels are subject to availability.

Sponsorship is not considered confirmed until full payment is received.

Payments can be made via the approved channels listed on the sponsorship form (PayPal).

2. No Refund Policy
All sponsorships are non-refundable.
Once a sponsorship payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to event rescheduling, format changes, or Sponsor withdrawal.

Sponsorship benefits (e.g., logo placement, VIP tickets, social media exposure) are considered earned and may be executed in stages prior to the event date.

3. Sponsorship Benefits
Benefits associated with each tier are outlined on the official sponsorship page and in related communications.

Sponsors are responsible for submitting required assets (e.g., logo files, copy, promotional items) by the deadlines provided by the event team.

The Space To Exhale team reserves the right to modify specific benefits based on feasibility, production timelines, or venue constraints. Substitutions of equal or greater value will be made when necessary.

4. Custom Sponsorship Agreements
Custom sponsorships and in-kind contributions will be outlined in writing and confirmed via a mutually agreed-upon document or email.

Custom packages may include adjusted benefits, timelines, or deliverables and are subject to the same terms listed here.

5. Use of Sponsor Name & Logo
By submitting a sponsorship, Sponsor grants The Great Exhale and Space To Exhale the right to use Sponsor's name, logo, and provided content for promotional purposes related to the event and the brand.

6. Event Changes
The Space To Exhale team reserves the right to change the event format (virtual, hybrid, in-person), venue, date, or agenda for any reason.

In the event of changes, the sponsorship package will be adjusted to maintain equivalent visibility and value.

7. Liability & Conduct
Sponsor agrees not to engage in conduct that would bring the event, author, or affiliated organizations into disrepute.

The Space To Exhale team reserves the right to revoke sponsor benefits (without refund) if a sponsor breaches this agreement or engages in harmful conduct.
