I’m relieved to be in this space. You hear me? RELIEVED. I just got here. I don’t know what’s happened so far or where we’re headed but being in an unapologetically Black space? I’m IN! The emojis I’ll share are: 💪🏽💃🏽⚡️✊🏽

I grew up with so much community. I think I took it for granted and I didn’t realize it until I started being the only one that looked like me again and again in roles. If they did look like me, sometimes their role had already taken its toll. I needed to find my tribe.

This space is so needed. Sometimes you build the table, sometimes you take a seat; I support a solution for us. Thank you.

Who is your biggest hero?
Of course, my momma, aka Grangran. There's no me without her, in every way.
What was your dream job growing up?
I wanted to be a lawyer for as long as I can remember until I interned with a lawyer and learned it was not a profession aligned to my personal morals and values - but I do still love the art of debate and understanding the legalities of how things work.
What characteristic do you most admire in others?
Authenticity
What is the craziest, most outrageous thing you want to achieve?
I want to have a yearly, all Black women retreat for that lasts for 10 days where we come out of it more powerful, secure, relaxed, inspired, and activated, and I want it to become what 317 women do every single year. The Great Exhale™ aligns to that vision that I had for my primary company, LeaderKeys™, so I feel like I am closer to it every day.
